Program Fees

Among the lowest in the area, the fee for the Workforce Recovery program is $275 per month. If necessary, fees may be paid every two weeks ($150). This includes all doctors consultations and monthly follow up visits, lab work, routine drug screening, and counseling visits. We are unable to accept insurance at this time but will submit prior authorization forms for insurance coverage of your medication and provide documentation if you wish to file a claim yourself with your insurance.
